Otis Giants Air Show

A vigil was held last night in Mashpee for two soldiers killed last week, one in Iraq and one in Afghanistan, who were both from Mashpee. Daniel McGuire, a marine, was killed while guarding a post in Iraq, and Paul Conlon, a US Army gunner, was killed by a roadside bomb in Afghanistan. Mr. Conlon had attended elementary school in Falmouth before graduating from Mashpee High School. The crowd for the vigil was estimated to be over 500 people. DON PARKINSON/ENTERPRISE
