Absentee ballots for the upcoming state primary on September 9 are now available at the Bourne town clerk’s office. The town clerk’s office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Voters can download an application for an absentee ballot at the town clerk’s page at www.townofbourne.com. They can also cast an absentee ballot at the town clerk’s office up to noon on September 8, the day before the election.
Residents wishing to vote by mail can either download a mail-in application from the town clerk’s page at the town website, or send a note requesting that a ballot be mailed.
The town clerk’s office will be open until 8 PM on August 20 for the purpose of registering voters, and for voters who want to change their party prior to the state primary.
