This plant-based, gluten-free cooking class series with registered dietitian Amy Rose Sager  covers the fundamental aspects of plant-based cooking from superfoods to stocking your kitchen pantry. The series will explore typical American eating habits and how they negatively affect your body, and registered dietician Amy Rose will focus on how a diet of whole fruits and vegetables can make you healthy. With live food demonstrations participants will learn how to turn natural, whole foods into mouth-watering, healthy masterpieces and to make the best food decisions for overall well-being.
