The Printmakers of Cape Cod new group exhibition – “Summertime” – opens at Cataumet Arts Center

with a meet the artists reception, Friday, June 22 from 5-7 pm.

Printmakers of Cape Cod present "Summertime" – A Group Exhibition

”Summertime” an exhibition of recent works by members of the Printmakers of Cape Cod celebrates the unique summer season on Cape Cod. The exhibit displays a diversity of visual ideas, creative use of light, color, movement and texture, and a fascinating array of printmaking techniques and styles. The group has over 75 members from all parts of Cape Cod. (http://www.printmakersofcapecod.org/index.html) The exhibit will feature one to two works each by active members.

 

On view at the Cataumet Arts Center gallery from June 23 through July 15, 2012. Gallery hours in June are Saturdays 10 am-5 pm, and Sundays, 1 pm-5 pm. Gallery hours in July are Saturdays 9 am – 5 pm, and Sundays through Fridays, 1 pm – 5 pm. Admission to the galleries is free. Meet the artists at an opening reception for the exhibition, Friday, June 22, from 5 pm-7 pm in the Cataumet Arts Center gallery.
