Join Truro Vineyards every other Thursday for an intimate evening of food and wine pairing from the kitchen of Chef Adrian Cyr. He will be pairing Truro Vineyards wines with an array of different coursed culinary treats. Along with this will be an opportunity to learn about the ingredients used in every dish. Among the themes he has chosen are French and Italian Cheese, Olive oils from around the globe and chocolates. This evening will engage your mind while tantalizing your taste buds.
