Yoga Fundraising Event @ First Congregational Church of Falmouth

Neighborhood Falmouth is holding an Imagery Yoga Fundraising Event at the First Congregational Church of Falmouth on September 22.

The event consists of 2 sessions both 60 minutes in length. The first session, held at 10 AM, features a Chair Yoga class to the theme Nature's Escape. This session has breathing and gentle stretching while seated in a chair and is for beginners.

The second session will be held at 11 AM and features a Beginner Yoga class to the theme of a Safari adventure. This session has breathing, stretching, and beginner postures on the floor; bring a mat or towel and wear comfortable clothing.

Ages 12-112 are welcome. Tickets cost $15 per session.

Neighborhood Falmouth is a community-based membership organization whose mission is to provide information and services that will help members live independently, safely, and comfortably for as long as possible in their homes.
