A Talk by Bob Zaremba

Tuesday September 11, 7pm. The Cultural Center of Cape Cod, 307 Old Main St., South Yarmouth. Co-hosted by the Historic Society of Old Yarmouth. Bob Zaremba, co-owner of Maps of Antiquity and its collection of over 15,000 antique maps, will discuss the development of early Northeastern United States maps and charts using examples that include Cape Cod.  Because Cape Cod is such a prominent feature on the coast and easily attracted early explorers, including Champlain, during the 17th Century, maps of the area are plentiful.
