Weir Pier Concert & Last Tow Stew @ Chatham Fisheries Trap Dock

When: Sun Oct 7th
4:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Where: Chatham Fisheries Trap Dock, 3 Champlain Road Stage Harbor, Chatham

The Weir Pier Concert & Last Tow Stew is a fundraising event to benefit Northwest Atlantic Marine Alliance (www.namanet.org), a New England-based fisheries advocacy organization who helped launch the first community supported fisheries in the country.

Tickets are $50/person, and all proceeds go to NAMA. Your ticket buys you an ambient dinner on the one of the oldest wooden fish piers in New England, with a traditional fisherman's "last tow stew" of in-season only fish & shellfish, pulled up from the last tow of the day, and the acoustic sounds of Sarah Lee Guthrie (yes, Arlo's daughter!) and her husband Johnny Irion.

A cash bar is available for locally brewed beer & wine. You may purchase tickets online, or at Nickerson Art Gallery (618 Main St. Chatham).

Thanks to the generosity of this event's sponsors, fishing families are invited to attend for free.
