The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Falmouth will hold a Tailgate
Flea Market, 9:00 AM to 2:00PM on Saturday, October 6. The sale will
be held on the grounds surrounding the UUFF meetinghouse, located at
840 Sandwich Road in East Falmouth, south of Route 151 and just north
of the intersection with Hatchville Road. The rain date is Monday,
Dozens of members from the congregation will sell a wide range of
useful, good quality items from their cars at reasonable prices.
Owners will be available to answer questions about the “provenance” of
items they are selling. Like its popular yard sales of previous
years, the congregation considers this an important recycling event
that underscores its commitment to eco-friendly living.
Hungry shoppers can purchase coffee and doughnuts in the morning.
UUFF members will also prepare lunch items for sale, including plain
and fancy hotdogs and hamburgers, corn bread, cider and other
