Senate President Therese Murray, D-Plymouth, will be the featured speaker Oct. 26 at 4 p.m. when the Bourne Planning Department celebrates completion of Bourne’s Downtown Main Street Streetscape Project. The event will be held at the Community Center. Murray is credited with directing streetscape funding to the town.
