Community College Announces Line-Up for “Play with your Food” Series, Features Local Playwrights
Cape Cod Community College presents "Play with your Food," a series of workshop readings featuring local playwrights' original scripts. All productions take place in the Tilden Arts Center Studio Theater at 2240 Iyannough Road in West Barnstable. A light-fare dinner menu is available for $5 starting at 6:30 PM with the readings beginning at 7 PM. The evening concludes with a talk-back session. Admission is a suggested donation of a non-perishable food item to benefit local food pantries.
With generous support from a grant awarded by the Arts Foundation of Cape Cod, each chosen playwright will receive a monetary prize in honor of their selection. Every evening, a door prize in the form of a pair of tickets to an upcoming local theater will be awarded.
