Meet the Chef @ Highfield Hall

The Meet the Chef series will return to Highfield Hall with a presentation by Gert Raush, chef and owner of the Aqua Grille in Sandwich. The program takes place in Highfield's fully equipped catering kitchen on Sunday, February 24 at 1 PM.
The series, now in its third year, will also features chefs from Siena and Bleu in Mashpee and Dana's Kitchen in Falmouth. 
In each class, the chefs offer anecdotes from the kitchen, culinary tips and food preparation secrets unique to their restaurants.  Each program is $39 and $34 for members of Historic Highfield. Registrations can be made online at highfieldhall.org or by calling 508-495-1878, ext 2.
Chef Rausch opens the series on Sunday with a focus on Southeast Asian dishes, including Vietnamese Pho and Spring Rolls.
