The Roundtable members (Cape Cod public libraries youth services) are very excited this year to be hosting The Chinese Folk Art Workshop, Inc. from Boston, a group of incredibly talented young people (ages 12-18 yrs) presenting a wonderful program of new year dance and performance traditions from Taiwan and Mainland China.  The Sandwich Public Library has hosted them the past three years as a part of our Lunar New Year Celebration.  The Cape Cod Youth Services Librarians Roundtable event is sponsored by the Cape Cod Charitable Trust; Random House, Inc. and Cape Cod Community College. Tickets will be available through local, participating libraries only, February 2nd.  Children will also have an opportunity to take home a free book (courtesy of Random House).  This is a family event, suitable for children and adults.  The Workshop's website is www.folkartboston.org.
