Personal information you provide to Capenews.net during the registration process including first and last names, email address, and phone number will never under any circumstance be sold, shared, rented or given to anyone except where required by Federal or State law. The only information that will be publicly viewable on capenews.net is your chosen username.
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.
We use third-party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit our website. Refund Policy
All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon successful mediation of a dispute or return. Subscription refunds are prorated to reflect the remaining term of the subscription.
Delivery Policy
Advertising will appear in the issue agreed upon per contract or verbal agreement by the Advertiser and Falmouth Publishing. Local subscriptions will be delivered on the issue date of the publication. Out of town subscriptions will be mailed on the issue date of the publication and delivered via United States Postal Service.

The views and opinions in the Enterprise blogs are those of the author and are not neccessarily shared by Falmouth Publishing.
Comments and Moderation
User Moderation : In order to keep the discussions on topic we have implemented a report feature which is there to allow members to report comments they feel may be in violation of these policies. All reported comments will be assessed by the web team at Falmouth publishing, and at that time we will make a final decision to either hold the comment, if we determine it to not be in line with our policies, or put it back on the site once a comment has been approved by the web team it can not be reported again. Users who are found to be abusing the reporting feature will receive one warning email and if the abuse continues will be banned from all online services provided by Falmouth Publishing.
Web Team Moderation: The Capenews.net web team will continually monitor comments posted to the site and reserves the right to remove any comments that are not inline with our policies. Any users found to be abusing the comment feature will be banned from all online services provided by Falmouth Publishing.
Reasons comments will be removed include but are not limited to :
- Off Topic-Comments that are not on topic with the current discussion thread or are otherwise meant to disrupt the discussion.
- Spam-Any comments found to be advertisements.
- Abusive-Any comments that are directly abusive to other users of the site.
