9:41 AM: Police arrested Luis A. Gonzalez, 33, of Sandwich Road, Teaticket, on three warrants when they located him on Main Street.

10:23 AM: Police responded to a larceny on Deep Pond Road, East Falmouth.

6:31 PM: A home on Andrews Street, East Falmouth, was reported to have been broken into.

10:11 PM: Police arrested Robert M. Estrela, 22, of East Falmouth during a traffic stop on Teaticket Path, for his subsequent offense of operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.

10:47 PM: Police responded to a motor vehicle crash on Sandwich Road and Brick Kiln Road in East Falmouth. They arrested a driver identified as Erin E. Pierce, 31, of Falmouth for drunk driving, leaving the scene of property damage and for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

12:04 AM: Police arrested John M. Estrela, 33, of East Falmouth on a warrant after a traffic stop on Gonsalves Lane and Sandwich Road.

1:51 AM: Police arrested Reuben Z. Walton, 23, from Woods Hole for drunk driving after they pulled him over on Main Street.

9:48 AM: Police received the report of a larceny on Harrington Street, Teaticket.

5:24 PM: Police received the report of shoplifting from a store on Teaticket Highway.

6:54 PM: A home on County Road, North Falmouth, was reported to have been broken into.

9:23 PM: Police arrested Karen A. Moore, 55, of East Falmouth for assault and battery during an incident on Teaticket Highway.

12:34 AM: Police responded to the Landfall Restaurant in Woods Hole for the report of a man acting disorderly. Police reported that the man, identified as Evan M. Jones, 23, of New Hudson, Michigan, allegedly threw a rock at a window near the bathroom, shattering it, after employees at the restaurant refused to allow him inside. Police charged him with malicious destruction of property over $250 and disorderly conduct.

1:17 AM: Police received the report of a disturbance on Robbins Road, Falmouth Heights.

6:36 AM: Police received multiple reports of vandalism on Menauhant Road, East Falmouth.

10:40 AM: A boat moored in Falmouth Harbor was reported to have been broken into.

12:05 PM: A home on John Parker Road, East Falmouth, was reported to have been broken into.

4:45 PM: An employee of a store on Teaticket Highway reported items were stolen from the store.

6:54 PM: Police responded to an East Falmouth residence for the report of a death, confirmed by Falmouth Fire Rescue to be from an overdose.

10:57 PM: Police arrested Susan C. Haas, 56, of East Falmouth during a domestic disturbance at a Boxberry Hill Road residence.

12:57 AM: Police received a report that a vehicle on Scranton Avenue was broken into.

1:04 AM: Police received the report that a vehicle was broken into on Locust Street, Falmouth.

1:13 AM: Police responded to East Falmouth for the report of an overdose.

2:06 AM: Patrolman Melissa Martin reported that she followed an SUV on Route 28 South for a mile after she saw the driver operating outside the road lanes multiple times. She pulled the driver over near Braeside Road in Falmouth and arrested Erick A. Wolfinger, 27, of East Falmouth for drunk driving and possession to distribute marijuana. Mr. Wolfinger said he drank a small amount of beer at a music festival at the Cape Cod Fairgrounds. He blew a .064 and .066, both of which Ptl. Martin noted were within the legal guidelines. She wrote that he appeared intoxicated in court reports.

11:05 AM: Police received the report of a larceny on Timothy Bourne Cartway in Waquoit.

3:25 PM: A vehicle parked on Locust Street was reported to have been broken into.

4:03 PM: A resident of Edgewater Drive East, East Falmouth, reported a vandalism.

5:25 PM: On his way to church, a man identified by police as Charles Mansfield observed the driver of a Mercedes-Benz SUV swerving multiple times on Route 151 in East Falmouth. At the Sandwich Road lights, when both cars stopped, Mr. Mansfield said that he jumped out of his car, ran to the Mercedes and pulled the keys out of the driver’s ignition. Officer Ruben Ferrer arrived and determined that the driver of the Mercedes was drunk and arrested him. Police identified him as David Pepanyon, 49, of Watertown.

5:31 PM: Police were advised that the driver of a black Jaguar was driving erratically on Sandwich Road. Officer Charles Marken saw the car shortly after that and it was heading straight at him, he reported. The driver corrected its course before impact. Officer Marken eventually activated his emergency lights and the driver of the Jaguar pulled into a gas station on Teaticket Highway. The officer said a front tire was flat and appeared to have been damaged by a rock or curb. The driver, identified as Ronald M. Blanchard, 64, of Morgan Circle, Mashpee, refused to take sobriety tests. He was arrested for drunk driving.

7:27 PM: Police arrested Nancy B. Ross, 50, of Falmouth for drunk driving after they responded to an accident on Teaticket Highway.

10:54 PM: Police arrested Debbie Tragiannopoulos, 44, of Falmouth for two counts of assault and battery during a domestic disturbance on Colonial Way, North Falmouth.

12:55 AM: Police brought Effie J. Diamantopoulos, 24, of Watertown into protective custody for causing a disturbance on Mattapan Street, Teaticket.

5:57 AM: Police received the report of a stolen vehicle from a resident who had parked his car off Thomas B. Landers Road.

7:20 AM: A resident of Thomas B. Landers Road, East Falmouth, reported a larceny.

11:23 PM: Police arrested Ashley L. Peterson, 24, of East Falmouth for assault and battery during a domestic disturbance.

11:54 PM: A resident of Lake Shore Drive, East Falmouth, reported that someone was missing.

11:54 AM: Police received the report of a larceny on Thomas B. Landers Road, East Falmouth.

1:51 PM: Police received the report of a domestic disturbance on Gifford Street, Falmouth.

2:22 PM: A home on Worcester Court, Falmouth, was reported to have been broken into.

6:02 PM: Police arrested John J. Hurtuk, 23, of East Falmouth for assault and battery during a domestic disturbance on Teaticket Highway.

1:11 AM: Police arrested Tina M. Mendoza, 36, of East Falmouth for violating her abuse prevention order and for malicious destruction of property over $250, after they received a report that a home on Trotting Park Road had been broken into.
