The Enterprise Publisher Accepts The Challenge

DON PARKINSON/ENTERPRISE - Bill Hough has a bucket of ice water poured over his head by the Reverend Nell Fields as part of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

On August 18, William H. Hough, owner of Falmouth Publishing Company, accepted the Ice Bucket Challenge from the Reverend Nell Fields of the Waquoit Congregational Church. Before Ms. Fields dumped the ice bucket on him, Mr. Hough pledged a donation to Compassionate Care ALS and, while excusing his employees from the icy water over their heads, he "challenged" them to donate as well.

A donation can is at the front desk of the Enterprise office, 50 Depot Avenue in Falmouth, and employees and visitors dropping into the office are donating what they can.

Compassionate Care ALS of West Falmouth helps those living with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) cope with the disease.
