Wednesday, April 30

9:03 PM: Mitchell J. Dimaggio, 25, of Mashpee was issued a criminal complaint application for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.  Master Officer Bryan Burke issued the application on Great Neck Road North.

Thursday, May 1

10:02 AM: Jewelry, valued at approximately $500, was reported stolen from Unique Boutique at Mashpee Commons.

2:03 PM: A motor vehicle operated by Traci M. Alfonso, 35, of Mashpee rear-ended a vehicle operated by Cheryl S. Belanger, 61, of Cotuit at the Mashpee rotary. Ms. Belanger was transported to Falmouth Hospital for treatment of injuries.

3:48 PM:  Kevin H. Wheeler, 27, of Mashpee was arrested on a warrant issued from Leominster District Court.  Officer Ryan Nardone made the arrest on Cranberry Lane.

Friday, May 2

5:46 PM: Samuel Ojeda, 26, of Mashpee was arrested on a warrant issued from Falmouth District Court. Officer Meredith Allen-Our made the arrest at Stop & Shop at Mashpee Commons.

6:23 PM: Lela M. O’Hare, 26, of Mashpee was arrested on a warrant issued from Falmouth District Court. Officer Meredith Allen-Our made the arrest in the Mashpee Police Department lobby.

Saturday, May 3

4:21 AM: John H. Rosata, 56, of Mashpee was arrested for domestic assault and battery. Officer Alexander Xiarhos made the arrest at the Asher’s Path Apartments on Carleton Drive.

8:45 AM: An iPhone, valued at $500, was reported stolen from the hostess stand at Persy’s Place on Route 28 after employees confronted two males that were leaving the restaurant without paying their bill.

12:52 PM: John R. Brilliant, Jr., 40, of Mashpee was arrested for violation of a restraining order, and witness intimidation. Officer Ralph Mahoney made the arrest on Cape Drive.

Sunday, May 4

6:39 PM: Carla E. Gonsalves, 20, of Teaticket was cited for not using care when entering Route 151 from Ninigret Avenue, after a vehicle she was operating crashed into a vehicle driven by Sean P. Callagy, 44, of East Falmouth. Both vehicles were inoperable and had to be towed from the scene. There were no injuries reported. Master Officer James W. Dorman issued the citation.

Monday, May 5

3:29 PM: Bruce W. Devlin, 57, of Mashpee was arrested for being present where heroin is being kept, and conspiracy to violate drug laws. At the same time, Kristian C. Ostapchuck, 24, of Mashpee was arrested for possession to distribute a Class A substance—heroin, and conspiracy to violate drug laws.  Mr. Ostapchuck was found to be in possession of 5.5 grams of heroin. Master Officer Michael A. Assad made the arrest at the parking lot of Andy’s Market on Route 151.

Tuesday, May 6

1:16 PM: Herman A. Andrade, 35, of Mashpee was issued a criminal complaint application for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license—subsequent offense. Master Officer Bryan Burke issued the application on Great Neck Road South.

4:08 PM: Michelle L. Goulart, 40, of East Falmouth was arrested on two warrants from Falmouth District Court. Master Officer Bryan Burke made the arrest on Ninigret Avenue. 

4:21 PM: Ashley L. Cobb, 29, of Mashpee was issued a criminal complaint application for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Master Officer James W. Dorman issued the application at the Mobil station at the Mashpee rotary.
