An antiques show and sale will be held on Thursday, September 2, at Cape Cod Academy in Osterville. The show will be held outdoors under tents. In the event of significant rain, the show will be moved inside the school’s gymnasium.

The show will feature approximately 30 dealers from six states who will be selling a wide range of antiques and antique collectibles including 18th, 19th and early 20th century furniture, Americana, folk art, antique and estate jewelry, silver, antique glass and china, paintings and prints, linens, Oriental rugs, used and rare books, garden and decorative antiques, and more.

The pandemic caused almost all shows to be canceled last year, with dealers spending their time adding to their inventory. One trend that has been noticed is the number of new, younger people who are just starting to collect or to add accents to their homes. Dealers at the show will all be available to talk about how to get started collecting.

There will also be a food truck at the school. The show is from 10 AM to 3 PM. Parking is free. Admission to the show is $7 for adults, with children admitted free when accompanied by their parents.

Cape Cod Academy is at 50 Osterville-West Barnstable Road in Osterville.
