CapeSpace in Hyannis announces a new entertainment series presenting coffeehouse-style events, including acoustical music sets, comedy performances and poetry readings.

The first CapeSpace Coffeehouse is planned for Friday, April 7, at 7:30 PM and will feature local musicians Kathleen Healy and Kim Moberg performing folk music from the 1960s and 1970s, including the songs of such musicians as Pete Seeger and Bob Dylan.

This is an alcohol-free event, and all ages are welcome.

Ticket price of $15 in advance or $20 at the door includes coffee and dessert. Advance tickets are recommended as seating is limited. Register at or 508-202-1680.

CapeSpace is at 100 Independence Drive in Hyannis.
