Curtis on Tour returns to Highfield Hall Monday, July 22, from 7 to 9 PM, with a program that explores musical works through the ages. Curtis on Tour is the Nina von Maltzahn global touring initiative of the Curtis Institute of Music.

Curtis On Tour features emerging professional artists performing alongside celebrated faculty and alumni. It is grounded in the school’s learn-by-doing philosophy. Since 2008 students, faculty and alumni have performed more than 300 concerts in more than 90 cities in Europe, Asia and the Americas.

The musicians include Curtis president Roberto Diaz, a violinist who enjoys an international performing career; alumni Joshua Smith, principal flute of the Cleveland Orchestra; guitarist Jordan Dodson; and violinist Maria Loudenitch; and cellist Albert Seo, a current Curtis student.

Tickets are $45 ($35 for Highfield members) and include a post-concert wine reception. To purchase, visit highfieldhall.org or call 508-495-1878, extension 2.
