A new series of fall and holiday culinary programs are starting at Highfield Hall & Gardens in Falmouth. The series will include a variety of cuisines and topics along with demonstrations and tastings.

Classes are planned for select Thursdays, Sundays and Saturdays beginning September 22 with Kay Benaroch and “Pizza on the Grill.” Other topics include Farm to Table, Fall Tailgate, Sweet and Savory Galettes, North African Cuisine, Choux Pastry, New Ideas for Thanksgiving, Cookie Swap Ideas, and Bread and Gifts from the Kitchen.
