CCftA Good & Kissed

Miranda Jointé will perform the one-woman play “Good & Kissed” at the Cotuit Center for the Arts Black Box Theater.

The Cotuit Center for the Arts will present “Good & Kissed” in its Vivian and Morton Sigel Black Box Theater from October 21 to November 7. Performances will be Thursdays through Saturdays at 7:30 PM and Sundays at 2 PM.

Written and performed by Miranda Jonté and directed by Chelsea Thaler, “Good & Kissed” is a one-woman show that tells the story of a woman who discovers her longtime boyfriend’s salacious double life. She heads to an island off the coast of South Carolina with her family to heal, only to encounter a gorgeous paddleboard instructor who reminds her that she is still very much alive.

Ms. Jonté was most recently seen in the Zoom video series “Teacher of the Year” coproduced by the Cotuit Center for the Arts and Eventide Theatre Company.

Proof of vaccination or negative COVID test is required to attend the performance. Tickets are $25 ($20 for members) and can be purchased online or by calling 508-428-0669.

The Cotuit Center for the Arts is at 4404 Falmouth Road/Route 28 in Cotuit.
