The Cape Cod Museum of Natural History in Brewster will present Guided Family Field Walks on Sundays from May 30 through September 26 and on weekdays June 14 through September 3.

The public can join one of the museum naturalists to explore the world outside the museum. Naturalists will explain the various plants, animals, habitats, and other ecological features along the John Wing Trail. Walks are approximately 90 minutes over somewhat challenging terrain.

Sunday family field walks start at noon. Weekday walks are dependent on the tides. The museum’s website will update start times.

Space is limited to an eight-person pod per walk. Additional times may be added.

Prepaid guided family field walk tickets are $35 per pod and are available online.

Walks are weather permitting. Check in at admissions to confirm the scheduled walk.

Note that guided family field walks are a prepaid add-on. Admission to the museum must be paid at the door.
