Acclaimed gay novelist, journalist, and performer Mike Albo will tell the true tale of his unexpected adventure as a sperm donor as part of 4-Star Solo Show Festival, June 11 and 12 at the Provincetown Theater.

Gay Pride Month in Provincetown will mark the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Riots with the 2nd annual 4-Star Solo Show Festival at the Provincetown Theater, on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings, May 28 through June 19. The show will feature a different performer each week chronicling personal stories from the birth of the modern LGBTQ civil rights movement and beyond.

The featured performers will be Donald C. Shorter: “Genderosity” May 28 and 29; David Mixner: “1969” on June 4 and 5; Mike Albo: “Spermhood” June 11 and 12, and Marga Gomez: Latin Standards, June 18 and 19.

Individual tickets are $25, a 4-Star festival pass to all four shows is $50.

Tickets can also be obtained at the Provincetown Theater Downtown Box Office daily from noon until 4 PM, or at the Provincetown Theater box office, 238 Bradford Street in Provincetown from 2 to 4 PM on non-performance days, and 1 to 7:30 PM on days of performances.
