WFL Sarah Johnson

Sarah Anne Johnson, author of the new novel “The Last Sailor,” will speak about her book on Zoom, on Tuesday, November 17. The event is hosted by the West Falmouth Library.

West Falmouth Library will host a Zoom interview with author and Cape native Sarah Anne Johnson to launch the publication of her new historical fiction novel, “The Last Sailor,” on Tuesday, November 17, at 7 PM. Ms. Johnson is the author of “The Lightkeeper’s Wife,” “The Very Telling,” “The Art of the Author Interview” and “Conversations with American Women Writers.” Her interviews have appeared in The Writer’s Chronicle, Glimmer Train Stories, Provincetown Arts and The Writer. She lives in Provincetown.

Raised in the Midwest, Ms. Macallister is a poet, short story writer, playwright and novelist whose work has appeared in publications such as The North American Review, The Missouri Review and The Messenger. She is also the author of “Girl in Disguise,” “The Magician’s Lie” and “Woman 99.”
