Cape Women’s Coalition, in follow-up to the September 21 virtual event “Who Me? Yes You? Can Run for Office,” presents “Part 2—Yes You! Can Run For Office” on Friday, November 5, from 8 to 9:30 AM at the Optimist Café, Yarmouth Port, in another in CWC’s series of Roundtables.

Participants will be able to ask individuals who have experience in the process of running for office what it really entails. The speakers, moderated by Stephanie Coxe, executive director, Regional Housing Network of Massachusetts Inc. and principal of Nexes Werx, LLC, will be: Jeanne Azarovitz, Bourne Planning Board; Onjalé Scott Price, Falmouth Select Board; Julie Kavanaugh, Harwich Board of Selectmen; and Tracy Shaughnessy, Barnstable Town Council.

This is an opportunity for individuals to ask questions directly and learn what they need to say yes.

Reservations are open to the first 20 individuals registered and a wait list will be maintained, should the event be fully booked. Masks will be required. Tickets are available at eventbrite.com/e/who-me-yes-you-can-run-for-office-part-2-tickets-182676378967
