The Otis Civilian Advisory Council recently announced the recipients of its four 2020 scholarships. They are Michael Fragano of Sandwich High School, Jordan Bumpus of Wareham High School, Brianna Waggett of Falmouth High School and Paige Langum of Sandwich, who is attending Texas A&M University.

The $1,500 scholarships are open to all military dependents of current active duty, reserve and National Guard personnel in any branch of service on Cape Cod.

Michael, the son of Kenneth and Lisa Fragano of Sandwich, will study computer science at either Cornell University, Worcester Polytechnic Institute or Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He will also be a member of Air Force ROTC.

Jordan, the daughter of Frederick and Allison Bumpus of Buzzards Bay, plans to pursue a degree in early childhood education at Salem State University.

Brianna, the daughter of Jeffrey and Tracey Waggett of East Falmouth, will be attending Curry College in the fall. She will major in nursing.

Paige, the daughter of Scott and Carmen Langum of Sandwich, will enter her junior year at Texas A&M, where she is pursuing a degree in landscape architecture.
