A crowd gathered at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne Sunday afternoon, November 10, to pay tribute to the nation's veterans.

The keynote speaker was retired US Coast Guard Captain John T. Kondratowicz.

Other participants were the Massachusetts National Cemetery director Richard Wallace and the Dedham American Legion Band. The Bourne VFW and American Legion presented the colors and fired a rifle salute and Analise Rogers from Bourne High School played taps.

One of the highlights the day's event was Shea Reilly from Bourne Intermediate School, who sang the national anthem.
