Residents in need of relief from the extreme heat expected to hit the region this weekend will have several locations to go to in Bourne.

Town Administrator Thomas M. Guerino announced that the Town of Bourne will make available three locations for people looking to escape the high temperatures forecasted for tomorrow.

The Bourne Veterans Memorial Community Building lobby area will be available from 11:45 AM to 6 PM.

People can also go to the training room at the Sagamore Fire Station on Meetinghouse Lane in Sagamore Beach during the day through 6 PM.

Also, the Jonathan Bourne Public Library will be open during its normal Saturday library hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.

Temperatures are expected to reach into the 90s tomorrow.
