Bourne Senior Spotlight

Riley Keefe

Riley Keefe spent her years at Bourne High School as a member of the softball team and the Newspaper Club.

After high school, Riley said, she will be starting her college career at Cape Cod Community College. She then plans to attend the University of New Hampshire to become a sign language interpreter.

Her fondest memories in school come from art class.

“Definitely having Mr. Mazara as my art teacher,” she said. “He always makes class fun and is such a great person to talk to.”

Riley thanked her parents, Melissa and Chris DeLuca because, she said, she would not be who she is without them.

“I want to thank Chris, especially for being a father figure to me and my siblings. Thank you for being the best dad you can be,” she said. “You have taught me so many things to be successful in life. So thank you, Dad. I love you.”
