State police arrested a Carver man this week in Bourne on several charges, including OUI liquor and OUI drugs.

Massachusetts State Police media relations spokesman Paul E. Sullivan said the arrest happened on Wednesday, September 8, at 11:19 PM. A state police trooper on patrol reported seeing a gray 2016 Honda Civic in the breakdown lane on the southbound side of Route 3 approaching the Sagamore Bridge. The trooper said the driver of the Honda failed to turn on the vehicle headlines before re-entering traffic.

The trooper stopped the car and identified the driver as Trever Wack, 24, from Carver.

According to the police report, during the stop, it was determined that Mr. Wack was driving impaired.

Mr. Wack was arrested and booked at the state police barracks in Bourne near the Bourne Bridge.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, and a motor vehicle lights violation, Lt. Sullivan said.
