Word has been received that Julia Warren Tucker of Medford, Oregon, who maintained her ties to Bourne throughout her life, died December 21. She was 87.

Gary Michael Anthony, of Buzzards Bay and formerly of Sandwich, died at home on April 2. He was 66.

Barbara F. Lund, 88, of Pocasset died April 1 at Cape Cod Hospital.

Richard P. Dugas of North Falmouth, who practiced pediatric dentistry and orthodontia for five decades, died April 1. Dr. Dugas, known as Dick, was 85.

Robert William Schertel, 80, of Bourne died April 2 after a battle with cancer.

Robert H. Paine, 81, of Sagamore Beach died March 29 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth.

Martha J. (Gant) Monaghan of Buzzards Bay died March 31 at Falmouth Hospital, after a short illness. She was 89.

Frances H. (Stephens) Mitchell, 93, died on March 20 at Cape Cod Hospital in Hyannis. Ms. Mitchell had moved to Pocasset in July after living in Falmouth for 40 years.

Rose Ann (Crowley) McEvoy, 94, of Hyannis died March 10. She leaves family in Sandwich.

Paul Shepardson, 68, died unexpectedly at his home in The Villages, Florida, on February 28. He leaves family in Bourne.

Nancy J. McKenzie, 92, of Buzzards Bay died March 14 at Royal of Cotuit Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Mashpee.

Barbara Virginia (Downs) Wennerstrom, 94, of Buzzards Bay and formerly of Sandwich died March 12 at Falmouth Hospital.

R. Eleanor Goddard, 89, of Sagamore Beach died March 9 at Keystone Place in Buzzards Bay.

Wilbur Halliday Jr., 93, of Gray Gables and Naples, Florida, died at home on March 10.

Richard Ullrich Palmer of Bourne, who was a former resident of Falmouth, died on March 1. He was 82.

Susan E. Crider of Cataumet, who was a nurse at Falmouth Hospital for more than 45 years, died at home on March 1. She was 73.

Richard A. O'Connell, 89, of Buzzards Bay and a former resident of Mashpee, died March 1.

Marion G. Shepherd, 91, of Carver died February 25. Ms. Shepherd, who was known as DeeDee, leaves family in Bourne.

William Avery Day of Bourne died at home on March 5, after a brief battle with cancer. He was 73.

Martha Reese McGonagle of Buzzards Bay, who was the first female police officer in the Town of Bourne, died March 1 at Brigham & Women’s Hospital. She was 63.

Bruce George Harper of Bourne, 73, died February 24 after a long battle with illness.

Alta Mae Stevens of Falmouth, who was an active member of the community and an activist for peace, died February 20. Ms. Stevens, 92, died of congestive heart failure at th…
