Barbara I. Federici, 91, of Monument Beach died February 24 at JML Care Center of Falmouth.

She was the widow of Raymond F. Federici.

She was the daughter of Warren and Irene Wordell, and had six younger siblings.

Ms. Federici was the former manager of the Mansfield Credit Union for many years.

While living in Mansfield, she and her husband participated actively in community and school functions.

An accomplished knitter, Ms. Federici also enjoyed sewing, as well as oil painting and cooking.

She leaves a son, David Federici and his wife, Nancy Federici, of Norton; a daughter, Rae Ann McLanahan of North Attleboro; and a sister, Janice Fought of Chapel Hill, Florida.

After her body has been cremated, funeral services will be June 11, beginning with a wake from 8:30 to 9:30 AM at Nickerson-Bourne Funeral Home, 40 MacArthur Boulevard in Bourne, followed by her funeral at 10 o’clock at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Pocasset.

A private burial will be at a later date following the services.
