Kathleen M. Leader, 79, of Medfield and Pocasset died August 20.

She was the wife of William J. Leader, who died in 2017.

Ms. Leader worked for the Medfield Public Schools for 37 years as an administrative assistant, starting at the high school and ending at the superintendent’s office, from which she retired in 2014.

She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and playing cribbage and bridge.

She leaves her children, Kimberly Ann Frazier and her husband, Matthew Frazier, of Medfield and William J. Leader and his wife, Megan Leader, of Walpole; four grandchildren, Thomas and Veronica Frazier and Annie and William Leader; and extended family.

Ms. Leader was preceded in death by her siblings, Ann Croke, Edward Sullivan, Helen Sullivan and Kevin Sullivan, who was her twin.

A funeral Mass was celebrated on Tuesday at St. Edward the Confessor Church in Medfield.
