With all due respect for Elizabeth Brown’s subjective behavioral analysis of my letter in the September 6 edition of the Bourne Enterprise, either Ms. Brown did not read my letter or she chooses deliberate and intentional hyperbole regarding and I quote: “the entire Enterprise is therefore worthless.” Ms. Brown’s analysis, not mine.
I nether wrote what Ms. Brown alleges that I wrote or did I at any time imply that the Bourne Enterprise was “therefore worthless.”
My comments were directed specifically and exclusively to the opinion/editorial content of the Bourne Enterprise’s “lurch to the left” and to suggest in any context that I diminished the value of the Bourne Enterprise as a news source is just plain factually, demonstrably and provably incorrect.
I do not buy the New York Times for good and sufficient reasons. It is the same reason that I do not watch CNN or MSNBC.
As I am acutely aware of leftist lunacy, that was and is the reason for my taking the time to state my view of “the lurch to the left.” It is a departure from a fair and balanced norm for many years in my view.
