We The People of Cape Cod, Inc., a US Constitution study group, will discuss the Second Amendment and gun owner rights at its April 23 meeting.

The meeting will be lead by Mark Alliegro, an earlier candidate for Congress from the 9th Congressional District of Massachusetts. Audience participation will be welcome. Mr. Alliegro is a senior scientist at the Marine Biological Laboratory in Woods Hole and a professor of molecular biology at Brown University.

We The People of Cape Cod, Inc. began a little over a year ago with the express purpose of studying and exploring the many facets of the US Constitution and Declaration of Independence. Meetings are held monthly, usually on the fourth Thursday of the month. All meetings are currently held in the Community Room downstairs at the Centerville Public Library at 585 Main Street. Meetings start promptly at 5:30 PM and conclude at 6:30; the library closes at 7 PM.

Nonmembers are asked to make a donation of $5 to help defray the costs of hall rental and materials provided.
