Thursday, November 17
5:43 PM: Officers responded to a two-car crash on Teaticket Highway. There were no serious injuries reported. One of the cars was heavily damaged and required a tow. One of the drivers was unlicensed and was issued a citation for unlicensed operation and following too closely.
6:21 PM: Officers responded to the Holiday Inn for a disorderly man. The man was not disorderly upon the officers' arrival, but had been extremely disorderly prior to their arrival. He was trespassed from the property and will be summonsed to court for disturbing the peace and disorderly conduct.
11:41 PM: An officer located a vehicle that had been reported to being operated erratically at the Davis Straits CVS. The driver was found to be intoxicated and subsequently arrested. Twenty-seven-year-old Peter Negri from Falmouth was charged with OUI Liquor and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
Friday, November 18
10:31 PM: The police department responded to a crash at the intersection of Sandwich Road and Tanglewood Drive involving a motorcycle and a vehicle. Officers responded and found the driver of the motorcycle to be suffering from minor injuries. The Falmouth Fire/Rescue Department was requested and responded to the scene. The driver of the vehicle was cited for a marked lanes violation. The motorcyclist was transported to the hospital with minor injuries. The motorcycle was towed from the scene.
8:15 PM: A driver flagged down a cruiser on East Falmouth Highway. He reported that he had been involved in a crash and that the other driver fled the scene. Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the second vehicle. There were no injuries reported.
Saturday, November 19
8:04 PM: An officer stopped a vehicle on Waquoit Highway after observing it drive almost completely off of the road. The woman driver was found to be intoxicated and was subsequently arrested. Twenty-six-year-old Casey Pinsonneault from Mashpee was charged with OUI Liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and marked lanes violation.
11:37 PM: Officers were dispatched to Timber Axe Bar for a report of a fight in progress. Upon arrival peace had already been restored. A woman will be summoned to Falmouth District Court for assault and battery as a result.
Sunday, November 20
4:27 PM: Twenty-nine-year-old Audrey Bradford-Nichols from East Falmouth was arrested at her residence for an outstanding arrest warrant issued out of the Falmouth District Court.
4:30 PM: Officers responded to a car vs. deer crash on Route 151. The car required a tow. The deer ran into the woods and could not be located.
3:39 PM: A caller reported an erratic vehicle crossed the center line and sideswiped his vehicle on East Falmouth Highway. The vehicle then fled toward Mashpee. The vehicle was able to make it through Mashpee and was stopped in the Town of Sandwich. Sandwich police arrested the woman driver for OUI Liquor. She was identified as 52-year-old Ginger Taylor from Falmouth. Ms. Taylor was issued a criminal citation from Falmouth police for marked lanes, negligent operation and leaving the scene of a crash.
Monday, November 21
8:45 AM: A representative from the East Falmouth School reported that graffiti had been painted on the school building and playground equipment. This incident is under investigation.
11:55 AM: Officers came across an intoxicated man on Main Street. Arrangements were made for a family member to take custody of him.
7:59 PM: Fifty-four-year-old Eric Frost from Falmouth was arrested at his residence for an outstanding arrest warrant issued out of the Falmouth District Court.
Tuesday, November 22
8:51 AM: Fifty-two-year-old Clement Demello from Falmouth was arrested at his residence for an outstanding warrant issued out of the Falmouth District Court.
8:53 AM: Officers responded to a minor crash involving a school bus and a truck on Teaticket Highway. A preliminary investigation revealed that the bus had rear-ended the truck. No injuries were reported. The bus was towed to the bus company lot.
