A Falmouth man accused of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon was indicted by a grand jury at Barnstable Superior Court on November 1.
Christian T. Rubbicco, 25, of Pacheco Path, East Falmouth, was arraigned on charges of aggravated assault and battery with a dangerous weapon causing serious bodily injury, assault and battery on a family or household member and strangulation or suffocation.
Mr. Rubbicco was arrested by Falmouth Police on April 15, following an alleged domestic assault. Detective Andrew T.
