A Falmouth woman reported to police that her daughter and son-in-law had entered her East Falmouth home without her permission on Sunday afternoon, October 11, around 5 PM. She said she saw it on her motion-activated cameras, according to the police report.
The woman went to the house to confront them, and her son-in-law threatened to kill her and to dispose of her body. The two had recently moved out and were attempting to retrieve personal items without giving notice to the homeowner, Falmouth Police Lieutenant Douglas DeCosta said.
There is a default warrant out for the son-in-law’s arrest.
Lt. DeCosta said all the names are being withheld because the incident is domestic.
Both the daughter and son-in-law will be summoned to court for breaking and entering. Additionally, the man will be charged with threatening to murder.
