No one was injured in multiple car crashes in Falmouth, Saturday, Februrary 1.

Police and paramedics were called to 175 Red Brook Road at 7:51 AM near the Mashpee town line when someone reported that a car had crashed through a guardrail and into the pond.

The fire department said that the nose of the car was in the water, but that the vehicle had not become completely submerged. The driver, a woman in her 20s, was able to get herself out of the vehicle and was not injured.

The roads were icy at the time of the crash, the fire department said.

A second crash was called in at 8:48 AM at the intersection of Route 151 and Sandwich Road. The fire department said that the crash was a head-on crash between two female drivers.

One of the vehicles involved in that crash ended up in an embankment near the gas station.

Both drivers refused to be taken to the hospital.
