Christopher Douglas Stephens, 58, of North Falmouth died November 10 after enduring years of health complications.

Mr. Stephens had been a coach of youth baseball and soccer in town. He served as the announcer of Falmouth Commodores games at Guv Fuller Field and also on the radio. He had been an active participant of Falmouth Theatre Guild, for which his mother was a past president.

He loved skiing, camping, traveling, collecting coins and rooting for the Boston Red Sox. He was fond of listening to music, especially that of The Rolling Stones.

He leaves his daughter and her husband, Renee and James Martin of Falmouth; his son and his wife, Ryan and Aime Mahoney of Bourne; his former wife and mother of his children, Karen Botelho of Falmouth; three grandchildren, Cameron Mahoney, Mackenna Mahoney and Hudson Martin; a brother, Erik Stephens of Germany; a sister, June Lantz of Hawaii; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours will be Thursday, November 21, from 2 to 4 PM at Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main Street in Falmouth.

Burial is private.
