Connie Batista, 90, of Falmouth died April 28. She leaves family in East Sandwich.

She was the wife of Fernando W. Batista. They had been married for 69 years at the time of his death in March.

Ms. Batista lived in New York and New Jersey for 65 years before moving to Massachusetts.

She loved cooking for her family and was accomplished at embroidery, knitting and sewing. She also worked in retail and interacted with her customers for 20 years.

She loved games of all kinds and, during her retirement, played mah jongg, bocce and bingo at every opportunity, usually winning at any competition.

She leaves her children, Fernando T. Batista of New Jersey, Sergio Batista of Maine and Cynthia Reilly of East Sandwich; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Moody of Texas, Andrew Batista of Oklahoma, Joshua Batista of New York, Christopher Reilly of Boston, and Claire Reilly and Catherine Reilly, both of East Sandwich; and extended family members.

Memorial services will take place in New Jersey.
