Derek Jordan Seychew, 22, of Falmouth died unexpectedly on Saturday, June 8.

He was born, raised, and educated in Falmouth.

Mr. Seychew worked in the landscaping business and in restaurant service.

He enjoyed sports, music, and history. In his youth participated in football, basketball and baseball.

He leaves his mother, Christy A. Correia, his father, Gregory M. Seychew, and his brother, Lucas Correia, all of Falmouth; his grandparents, Marion Resendes of Carver, Richard W. Seychew of Falmouth, and Sally Harlos of Vieques, Puerto Rico; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visiting hours will be Saturday, June 15, from 10 AM to noon at Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main Street in Falmouth.

A funeral service will follow at noon in the funeral home.
