Doris L. Lefebvre, 86, of Waquoit died at home on Sunday, February 28.

She was the wife of Paul Lefebvre for 62 years. She moved to Waquoit from Hampton, New Hampshire, in December 2017 after her husband’s death.

In Hampton, Ms. Lefebvre raised her family and worked in the town office as the assistant tax collector.

She and her husband spent the years of their retirement traveling in their motor home as far as New Orleans and Montana, visiting National Parks and farm stands along the way.

She leaves three sons, Paul Lefebvre Jr. of Waquoit, Timothy Lefebvre of Portsmouth, New Hampshire, and Jeffrey Lefebvre of Evergreen, Colorado; three grandchildren, Justine Linnehan-McPherson of Dobbs Ferry, New York, and Tyler Lefebvre and Rachael Lefebvre, both of Telluride, Colorado; a sister, Kay Caron; and extended family.

She will be buried next to her husband in Hampton, New Hampshire.
