George Russell Frigon Jr. of Rindge, New Hampshire, died unexpectedly on April 30. Mr. Frigon, 52, was a former Falmouth resident.

He was born in Attleboro and grew up on Cape Cod.

Mr. Frigon worked as an automotive glass technician for Safelite Glass in New Hampshire and previously for Acme Glass in Hyannis.

He had a passion for cars and was in the process of restoring a Volkswagen Super Beetle. He also rode a motorcycle.

A runner, he had participated in the Falmouth Road Race and other races in Falmouth; additional outdoor activities Mr. Frigon enjoyed were hiking and kayaking. He also played guitar and sang.

He leaves his wife, Cynthia (Abare) Frigon; his parents, George and Phyllis Frigon of Pocasset; three daughters, Jessica Frigon of Florida, Katelynn Frigon of Mashpee and Emily Chabauty, also of Florida; his stepchildren, Matthew Abare, Andrew Abare and Hannah Arsenault; two grandsons; two sisters, Kimberly Turner of East Falmouth and Jennifer Court of Hyannis; his former wife and mother of his children, Patricia Frigon; and extended family.

A celebration of his life will be planned for a later date.
