Paul Hagerty of Falmouth, who was known as Sean, died at the age of 52 on Saturday, January 8, from complications of several health issues.

He was raised in Framingham and Ashland.

While living in Ashland, Mr. Hagerty worked for Sunshine Dairy, several area parts departments, and TJ’s.

After his move to Cape Cod he worked in the food service industry and was employed at Falmouth Hospital and several nursing homes. He enjoyed cooking for friends and family on the Fourth of July and at Christmas breakfast.

Mr. Hagerty had a love of the ocean and reading, as well as music—especially that of the 1960s. A fan of Boston sports teams, he rarely missed watching games played by the New England Patriots.

He leaves his stepfather and mother, Robert and Joan Gonfrade of Ashland; his father and stepmother, Paul and Judith Hagerty of North Conway, New Hampshire; his siblings, Kerry Spah, Darrin Hagerty, Cynthia Lichwell, Joseph Gonfrade, Jody Chaisson and Jake Chaisson; and extended family.

Funeral services will be private.

Interment will be at Wildwood Cemetery in Ashland.
