Phyllis (Landers) Cabral, 83, of Swansea and formerly of Falmouth, died on February 22 at her home.

She was the widow of Manuel Cabral. They were married for 60 years.

Ms. Cabral leaves her children, Kathy Monteiro of Rumford, Rhode Island, Mary Marshall of Bristol, Rhode Island, Lisa Stanzione of Warren, Rhode Island, Charles Cabral of Warwick, Rhode Island, Elizabeth Cabral Dipippo of Rehoboth, Beverly Vaitses of Warren, Rhode Island, Manuel Cabral Jr. of Swansea and David Cabral of Seekonk; her sisters, Betty Still of Alabama and Shirley Landers, Barbara Patterson and Virginia Jackson, all of Falmouth; a brother, Richard Landers of Falmouth; 20 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son Joseph Cabral.

A funeral service will be Tuesday, March 2, at 1 PM at Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main Street in Falmouth.

Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery on Jones Road in Falmouth.
