Robert Rchardson

Robert J. Richardson, 55, of East Falmouth died March 17 at Falmouth Hospital.

He was the husband of Lisa M. (Happnie) Richardson.

Mr. Richardson was born in Arlington. He served in the United States Navy from 1981 to 1987.

He worked as a boatyard service manager.

He enjoyed spending his recreational time outdoors, following such pursuits as hunting, fishing, playing horseshoes and camping. He also was a fan of the New England Patriots.

In addition to his wife, he leaves four children, Justin Richardson, Jeremy Lopes and Keri L. Negron, all of East Falmouth, and Crystal M. Happnie of Euclid, Ohio; a brother, James E. Richardson of East Falmouth; and three sisters, Mary Ellen Mixson and Judith Rosado, both of East Falmouth, and Elizabeth Lipscomb of Bourne.

He was predeceased by his parents, William E. Richardson Jr. and Mary (Mahoney) Richardson-Hirtle; and two siblings, Deborah A. Allies and William E. Richardson III.

Visiting hours will be Wednesday, March 20, from 4 to 7 PM at Chapman, Cole & Gleason Funeral Home, 475 Main Street in Falmouth.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, March 21, at 10 AM at St. Patrick's Church, 511 Main Street in Falmouth.

Burial will follow at Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
