Sally Madigan, who with her family spent summers in Falmouth Heights since 1968, died Monday, October 12. She was 79.

Ms. Madigan was born in Belmont and grew up in Mission Hill. She attended Mission Hill High School.

She was the wife of Joseph Madigan, to whom she had been married for 58 years.

She leaves a son, Mark Madigan, and his wife, Christine, of Watertown; two daughters, Karen Stuart of Reading and Christine Covel and her husband, Bill, of Cheshire; her brothers Martin Flynn of Norton, John Flynn of Naples, Florida, Arthur Flynn of Celebration, Florida, and Robert Flynn of Weymouth; and many nieces and nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews. She was predeceased by her siblings, Myles Flynn, Leonard Flynn, James Flynn and Mary Hardiman.
