The Falmouth Democratic Town Committee (FDTC) expresses our shock and sadness at the recent anti-Semitic hate crime directed at the Falmouth Jewish Congregation. We condemn this abhorrent crime against the congregation and, by extension, the entire Falmouth community.

The FDTC stands firmly against all forms of bigotry and we are alarmed by the trend of violent and disgusting acts in this country aimed at dividing peoples by those who traffic in hate.

This vicious anti-Semitic message directed at our friends, neighbors and family members here in Falmouth deserves our unequivocal response: these acts are repugnant, threatening and unacceptable.

The FDTC will continue to fight against all forms of bigotry, hatred and white supremacism at every level and we will work with our faith-based congregations, community groups and law enforcement to root it out.
